We know the remaining tenants (a software engineer and a lawyer) appreciate individuals from many different backgrounds. This is a single occupancy room.
If you are seeking a lease in an amicable home environment, then you may have found your place!
The flatmates like cooking different foods and having friends over occasionally. Both residents work in hybrid roles and keep to regular sleeping hours.
The landlord, a very responsive fellow, will expect a work reference, bank statements, payslips, ID, and possibly other documentation before move in. The flat is in council tax band F.
**Option to choose between two rooms, as one tenant may or may not make a move within-flat.**
The bigger room:
The room is mostly furnished, but you will need your own queen-size mattress. You can possibly buy our adjustable standing desk and sturdy bookshelf. The room comes equipped with a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a box frame.
The smaller room:
The room is mostly furnished, with a wardrobe, a standard double box frame and mattress, and a built-in closet, but you might need your own desk.
Chiswick is a very safe neighborhood full of cafes, groceries, and charity shops!
