Hi prospective renter! We (Livia & Enoch) are renting in a 3bed 1.5bath in Chiswick, 3-5 minutes walking from Stamford Brook Station. We are leaving the flat for our own place. We know the remaining tenants appreciate an international crowd of individuals from many different backgrounds. Single tenant strongly preferred.

If you are seeking a lease in an amicable home environment, then you may have found your place! We are medium clean. The flatmates like cooking different foods and having friends over occasionally. Both residents work in hybrid roles and keep to regular sleeping hours.

The landlord, a very responsive fellow, will expect a work reference, bank statements, payslips, ID, and possibly other documentation before move in. The flat is in council tax band F.

The double room:
The room is mostly furnished, but you will need your own desk, chair, mattress, and bookshelf. The room comes equipped with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a box frame.

The flat is 10 minutes walking from Ravenscourt Park and from the River Thames (running path included!). Grocery stores include M&S, Sainsbury's Local, Tesco Express, Planet Organic, The Source Bulk Foods, Saffron Supermarket (excellent fruits, fresh olives, baba ganoush, etc), Sriracha Supermarket (ASEAN specialties abound), and Bayley & Sage (very good for fancy cheeses).
