Gorgeous room with en-suite in Chiswick

We are looking to rent out our large top floor bedroom which has recently been redecorated. It has its own en-suite (with double size shower and separate bath). It’s a beautiful room, light and airy with a Juliette balcony.

About our home -

We live in a lovely Edwardian 4 bed terrace house in a quiet part of Grove Park with great accessibility to transport links including buses, underground stations (Gunnersbury, Turnham Green, Chiswick Park) and Chiswick main line station.

The furnished room would suit a single professional person on either a Monday to Friday let or full term basis.

The house has a large kitchen/diner which opens out onto the garden. The garden is a perfect sun trap in the summer. We also have a large sitting room.

There are a number of convenience stores, restaurants and a local bar within 1 min walk. Grove Park has village like feeling. The river Thames is about 7 min walk away with 4 riverside pubs. We have easy access to Chiswick High Road and Chiswick House and Gardens.

All bills included except for cleaner which will be extra .

Must like cats as we have two! For any cat fans, one of them is a Maine coon, the other a Toyger. We need to consider that we will no longer be able to use housesitters when we go away once we have another person living in the house. Therefore we would be looking for someone that can help out on occasions if we need to be away for a weekend, or when we go on holiday. We don’t go away that much, but would really need your help when we do so please take this into consideration when applying and confirm if you can.
