Bathroom to be shared with another potential student.
For sole use of the bathroom, it would only be another £100 per calendar month and I won't take another student.
Ideal for students but no full time home working please.
House is lovely & quiet with plenty of light.
No smoker, no shoes in the house please.
Looking for tidy, polite & discreet lodger (no visitors allowed please as it is a private place)
Last but not least I have a bike to lent you as I am a 10 minutes ride away from the Elizabeth Line
