The accommodation comprises a generous double bedroom, a second double room which can be arranged as a private sitting room/home office, and a private bathroom with bath and shower. The rooms are very comfortably furnished, and the second room can alternatively remain as a second bedroom if preferred. All bills, including Wi-Fi, are included.

The house is on a quiet, tree-lined residential street in one of the most convenient parts of central Chiswick, with Turnham Green Terrace at one end and Chiswick High Road at the other. Turnham Green Underground station is around three minutes’ walk away, as is High Road House, with the best shops, cafés, restaurants and amenities of Chiswick immediately on the doorstep.

The lodger would have the entire floor for their own exclusive use, together with shared use of the kitchen and garden.

This would particularly suit an independent professional looking for a quiet, comfortable and beautifully presented London home rather than a conventional sociable house share. We are looking for someone considerate, tidy and respectful of a family home, and would hope to find someone who values privacy and a calm living environment as much as we do.

We are a professional couple (one English, one Italian), with a 17-year-old daughter who is at boarding. school during the week. We have a very friendly small dog and cat. There are no other occupants.

Excellent transport links, with residents’ permit parking potentially available, subject to permit application.
