We’re looking for a friendly, sociable flatmate to join our 3-bed, 2-bath flat in lovely Chiswick 🌿

The room is small but cosy, and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The flat also has a small courtyard out the back - perfect for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the sunshine.

The room can come part furnished or unfurnished.

💷 £800 per month all bills included (Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet & Coundil Tax)

You’ll be living with two girls in our early 30s. One is a British paramedic who works shifts, and the other is Australian who works from home two days a week.

We’re both friendly and social, and enjoy having a good balance between spending time together and doing our own thing. We love travelling, and a month rarely goes by without one of us being abroad - whether we’re hiking up a mountain or sipping cocktails somewhere beachside.

We’re looking for someone in their 30s who is clean, tidy, considerate and sociable. Ideally someone who enjoys a chat, the occasional drink or dinner together, but also has their own life and is happy giving everyone their space.

Basically, we’re looking for someone who will feel like a flatmate and friend, rather than just someone renting a room 😊
