Chiswick Room - Monday To Friday

Room with double bed (for single occupancy) to let Monday to Friday in a self contained section of my house in Grove Park Chiswick @ £650 per month. Paid monthly in advance. The room is available from 1st February. The house is located in a quiet leafy area of Chiswick, over looking a sports field, close to the river and a parade of shops.

The room is well furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers tv, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, ironing board and newly refurbished bathroom with power shower. There is a table and chair together with fast WIFI. Fresh linen/towels are provided weekly. Belongings can be left in the room at the weekend. All bills are included in the room rate.

The room is suitable for a business or a professional. person staying in London during the week and going home at weekends or requiring temporary full time accommodation . A mere 20 minute journey from central London and Heathrow Airport to the west. Close to Chiswick Business Park, Gunnersbury station, Chiswick Park Tube, Kew Bridge and South West trains direct to Waterloo in 20 minutes. There is easy access to M4, M3 and M25 motorways.

Short term full time lets (7 nights per week) considered with a rent adjustment. The room is strictly for single occupancy.

There is also a larger room available with double bed and the same facilities. from 5th February. @ £750 per month (Monday to Friday) with a supplement for a short full time stay.
