The building has some great amenities too so 2 rooftop terraces with tables, loungers, table tennis etc. Also has residents lounge and a couple of bike stores, the commercial unit is a co-working space too. You're well connected too - District, Overground & Piccadilly all 3- 8 minutes walk away - also the M4 junction is nearby. As for the neighbourhood - the high street is nearby with fantastic bars, pubs and restaurants plus pop up markets etc
I used this site a lot when I was renting out previously so figured might be a great place to find a tenant that can stay minimum 3 months (so a short lease). The bills will be included, my personal effects won't be here either - it will be like an AirBnB is the only way to describe it, so BYO suitcase!
