This is a young social home where housemates eat and hang out together but have as much freedom to be as independent as they'd like. Landlords will be separate on the bottom floor, with lodgers on the top 2 floors.

Bills are included except cleaning and energy. Energy is charged as a percentage of total bills proportional to room size. The cleaning is charged equally between all rooms. Energy is usually about £30/month dependent on usage. The cleaner comes every 2 weeks and is about £10/clean.
