Family home, Looking for a respectful housemate

We are a British couple with a 2 year old baby and a 5 year old boy. Our house is a large 5 bed Victorian home. The room available to rent is on the 3rd floor next to a bathroom and an office room. So you would have a good amount of privacy. Every now and then our parents sleep in the office when visiting as there is a double bed in there. The rest of us sleep on the second floor of the house. We have a large shared kitchen with a dining table and small garden but would like to keep our lounge private.
I would consider us very laid back people. We are looking for a housemate who is tidy and respectful and likes children. The reasons the rent is low is because we understand children can be noisy! But we also ask if you could be respectful of the babies sleep and not slam doors when the kids are asleep.
Our kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you need to prepare food.
It’s a lovely bright large bedroom with a huge TV. We are a 2 min walk from northcote road, packed with shops and restaurants. There is also Clapham Common behind the house.
