We have a small double room available in a spacious, cozy house on a lovely residential cul-de-sac a 15-minute walk from Clapham South and Balham Stations. Ideally situated between two commons (Clapham Common and Tooting Common)✨

THE HOUSE 🏡
This cosy house offers 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is a separate living room equipped with a SMART TV (ideal for enjoying Netflix and Amazon Prime), and a large kitchen/dining room. You'll also find a charming garden patio with a table and chairs. 👌

THE NEIGHBORHOOD 🏘️
Enjoy convenient access to London with a quick 20-minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to Clapham South or Balham stations. Balham station also provides access to London Victoria via the Overground in just 10 minutes, allowing for easy travel to central London. Free 24/7 street parking is also available! 🤩

Close to boutique shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants (a 2-minute walk to the local coffee shop and supermarket).🛍️🛒

THE ROOM 🛏️
This double room is fully furnished, with a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage space, and a handy desk and chair – everything you need for relaxation and productivity. 🤌

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You'll be sharing the house with three great guys: Ben (24), Lachlan (24), and Zach (27), all young professionals.

Since the current household is all-male, we're ideally looking for another male tenant. Of course, you'll get to meet everyone and see if it's a good fit before you make any commitments. 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌

THE TEAM 👩‍💼👨‍💼
We are a boutique property company specialising in homely house shares in SW London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand-picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home.

We are not an agency (more like a professional landlord). As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees. 👏
