A bright, spacious (20 sqm) bedroom located on the top floor of a semi-detached house (second floor). Beautiful shared garden available. Available from 1st December 2026. I’m a live in landlord, young professional, working in the classical music industry.

The household has two bathrooms:

A versatile space, the room is an attic conversion on the second floor of this detached house. Located 7 minutes away on foot from Clapham North station (Northern line) and a 16 minute walk to Brixton Station (Victoria line). The room has a low ceiling height of 192 cm so probably not suited for people under 6ft. A/C to be installed throughout the property in spring 2027.


A bit about me:
I am a classical musician, working during the day from home. I also travel quite a bit, so I am looking for a lodger who is going to look after the property too. I am a pianist, and am practising on my piano which is located two floors below from your bedroom, on the ground floor. The sound travels only slightly to the bedroom, so you can expect a fairly quiet environment.

The property has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large garden. The living room is effectively the music room, and my ‘working space’.

Pets considered (cats), previous lodger had a cat. I am considering getting a kitten from spring 2027
