We are Teo and Dinho and we are looking for someone to rent a room in our lovely, clean and quiet flat.

The location is great!
- You have underground 🚊 stations Stockwell ( Victoria line) and Clapham North ( Northern line) in 6 minutes walking distance!
Also, the overground service Clapham High Street is 5 min walk from us plus plenty of buses.
Brixton station is 13 min walking distance.
Plenty of shops and restaurants around!
Few important things to mention:
- we do not provide a contract for the room!
- no smoking 🚭 is allowed!
- the rent must be paid WEEKLY ONLY!
- kitchen, bathroom and common areas MUST be kept clean and tidy!
The viewings are welcome Mon- Fri between 6pm - 9pm and weekends with arrangements in advance!
