We are Teo and Dinho and we are looking for someone to rent our spare room in our humble, artistic, clean and quiet flat.
Bills included! Rent 175£ / week plus 2 weeks deposit to start living with us.
We are looking for full time working professional, EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN, quiet, nice and open- minded person.
The location is great!
- You have underground 🚊 stations Stockwell ( Victoria line) and Clapham North ( Northern line) in 6 minutes walking distance!
Also, the overground service Clapham High Street is 5 min walk from us plus plenty of buses.
Brixton station is 13 min walking distance.
Plenty of shops and restaurants around!
Few important things to mention:
- keep in mind that we do NOT provide a contract for the room!
- no smoking 🚭 is allowed!
- the rent must be paid WEEKLY.
- kitchen, bathroom and common areas MUST be kept clean and tidy!
