The house has been modified to meet work-from-home needs, with a desk in each room, a designated workspace area in the communal space, and superfast fibre broadband for all your Zoom calls!

Excellent transport links: Only a 15-minute walk to Clapham South or Balham stations, both conveniently situated on the Northern line. The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👌
