Double Room in Clapham South with large garden

We are looking for a new femlae housemate to join our lively and friendly home in Clapham South. Available move in date is November 30th but we can be flexible if its earlier.

- 10 min walk to Clapham South tube
- Separate kitchen and living room (netflix, prime, disney, now tv etc etc)

The room on offer is a sunny double with big windows facing the garden, a built in wardrobe and furnished with a bedside table. Bills are roughly an additional £125 per month which includes a fortnightly cleaner.

The house has two bathrooms (1 bath/shower & 1 shower), washing machine, tumble dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a big living room and a beautiful garden that we keep in great condition. The landlords are really great and very contactable.

Now the important info:
Current housemates; Lakshman (29, Recruitment), Dami (28, Photographer) and Hattie (30, event producer). We're all a mix of working in the office and WFH.

We are clean, respectful and kind house mates. During the week, we're usually busy with sports or socially, but we all try and hangout together when we can and we're always open to a peer pressured trip to the pub. When it's sunny, we'll fire up the BBQ and invite friends over.

We are looking for someone a similar age (27-33), a female to keep the balance in the house, someone keen to be involved in pub trips & socialising, as well as someone who can do a viewing in person.
