I am looking for someone to sublet a double room (ensuite) in lovely bright Clapham/Battersea home for the three months (November-January) with possibility of extension. This would be shared with one other lovely female roommate in a 2 bedroom two storey spacious home. It is located right in the middle of Clapham and Battersea in SW11. It is a few minutes walk to nearest bus stops (5 min bus to clapham common station or clapham junction station) and 10-15 minute walk to Clapham Common station and to Clapham Junction. It is located in a safe and very quiet development. Rent is £1629 (including all bills)
WFH is possible.
The home also includes a walking pad for winter months, and a steamer in the ensuite bedroom to steam your clothes and belongings when needed.
