Privately owned small friendly block. (not ex-local authority it's just a bit ugly lol) Large shared gardens, beautiful flowerbeds. Near Clapham Common tube 10mins to Victoria, Green Park, Oxford Circus, Waterloo.

Location: The flat is on Kings Ave SW4 so it's only a few minutes walk to Abbeville road with it's lovely boutiques restaurants and pubs etc and of course it's really near Clapham High St and the beautiful Clapham Common.

It is a privately owned small friendly block with only 12 flats. The block is non-smoking. We are all quiet and respectful with some other older people in the block, so I’m looking for respectful and quiet people. It’s not suitable for anyone wanting to party or play loud music etc. It’s sat back from the road so it is quiet and is perfect for professionals.

(It is not ex-local authority, and it has never been council owned. It is a privately built block, so goodness knows what they were thinking when they built it, as the front is bit ugly lol)
