Double room between Clapham and Stockwell

Cozy double room available in a friendly gay flat located between Stockwell and Clapham, close to gyms, shops, and all the essentials.

You’d be living with me (27, working in fashion and usually out of the flat most of the day) and Maks, a Lithuanian guy working in hospitality. We’re both gay and Eastern European, and we’re looking for another gay guy to join the household.

It’s not a party flat — we’re quiet, respectful, and enjoy a calm home environment (with my occasional mental breakdown listening to Taylor Swift).

We’re looking for someone chill who enjoys their own space and isn’t overly intense about a dish sitting in the sink for 10 minutes. We also have a cleaner who comes weekly, which makes things much easier for everyone.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from Stockwell station and just 2 minutes from several bus routes that get you into central London in under 30 minutes.

Rent: £750 per month
Bills: £65.30 per month
Contract: 12 months, but you’re free to leave anytime as long as you give proper notice and find a replacement for the room.
