The bedroom in question is the smaller bedroom on the lower floor and has pretty good privacy being the other end of the apartment from the living room and other bedrooms.

The front of the property is facing Clapham common.

I'm Riko, a live-in landlord (37), and I live in the upstairs bedroom with an en-suite bathroom so you would only be sharing your bathrom with Oli.

Oli (20) lives in the larger downstairs bedroom although his job is ending at the end of July so someone new will be moving in during August.

The vibe is pretty chill. For me it's my home so I like to know and get on with whoever I am living with but whether you want to hang out or just have your own space either is fine. My main requirement is that you are committed to keeping the common areas clean.

I'm currently switching careers from start-ups to becoming a dog behaviourist. I enjoy cooking and would be up for sharing meals. I box twice a week on the common with friends and work out most days. I like to get away travelling when I can. I also like to go out; Fold is my favourite club and tend to have a big night once a fortnight but don't bring any noise home with me. I'd be up for socialising at least once a week, whether it's a night in with a board game or going out for a couple of drinks at the pub.

The room is available to couples but for an additional cost.
