Im looking for a new flatmate for my girly flat in Clapham.

The room available is a double room and it’s available from the 1st of November.

📍Location: Clapham South, approximately 10 mins walk to Clapham South tube station (Northern line) or a short bus to Brixton station (Victoria line). 5 mins walk to Clapham Common for those Sunday morning rambles. And, most importantly, we are a 9 minute walk from a Gail’s on the gorgeous Abbeville Road. If you know, you know 👀

🏡The Flat: 2 double bedroom ground floor flat. Hardwood floor throughout. 1 shared bathroom with walk in shower, separate living room, perfect kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, own private entrance and small patio area/front garden with off-street parking onsite (rare!).

💰 £900 per month + bills on top ~ £170 per month (average)

About me:
I’ve been living in the flat for around a year. I’m a corporate girly who loves living in Clapham. Brunches, coffee, walks on the common, good wine bars, Sunday roasts, Pilates classes, I’m here for it all.

About you:
I’m looking for a professional female between the age of 30 and 35 who’s lovely to live with, sociable, a girls-girl, and importantly, someone who also wants the flat to look and feel like a perfect retreat. Cats and small/medium well-behaved dogs considered 🐶 🐱 (sorry, no couples or students.)
