- 15 minute walk to Clapham Common (Northern line) — Clapham North and Clapham High Street are also walkable
- Furnished room with double bed, wardrobe
- Own bathroom (other two rooms have en suites), full kitchen, living room, outdoor space, downstairs toilet
- Plenty of room to work from home in the living room if you need a day or two at home (ideally not more than that)
- Top room has balcony's front and back

Who you'd be living with
Two lads, both work in finance, both office-based (three and five days a week respectively), into sport (cycling mainly) so weekends usually involve getting out on the bike. The flat is sociable without being a party house.

Who we're looking for
A working professional, ideally someone who's in an office or out of the flat for most of the week. There's space to work from home when you need it, but the flat isn't set up for someone at a desk five days a week. Must be clean & considerate.
