I’m looking for a professional, clean and considerate housemate to take a very large, bright and airy double bedroom in a spacious house in SW8 3EY.

The bedroom is on the second floor, with a large window and plenty of natural light. The room has excellent storage, and I’ll leave the bed and mattress.

The house itself is unusually spacious and has:

* Huge, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and fridge/freezer
* Large living room with two sofas
* Beautiful large private garden with benches and plenty of outdoor space
* Two bathrooms: one full shared bathroom upstairs and a separate WC downstairs

* Plenty of space to actually live comfortably

The location is excellent for socialising and getting outdoors. Clapham Common is nearby, there are lots of other green spaces around, and there is a huge choice of pubs, restaurants and cafés within easy reach. The area is quiet and safe while still being well connected to central London.

You’d be sharing with my current housemate, an architect who is moving into finance. He’s very chill, sociable and easy to live with. I’m moving out to be closer to work.

No smoking and no pets.

Rent is £1,275 per month, excluding bills.
