I’m moving back home for a new job, so we’re looking for a lovely girl to take over my room and live with my two flatmates, Cati & Nikki! 🫶

We absolutely love our home, and we’d love to find someone who will be a great fit for the house. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who wants to stay 12+ months!

📍 Location: Right above Clapham Common (2 roads up)
🚇 Transport: 15-minute walk to both Clapham Junction & Clapham Common tube
🚗 Parking: Parking permit available to apply for via Wandsworth if needed

💰 Rent: £1,050 pcm
💡 Bills: around £150 pcm (fluctuates depending on time of year)
💷 Deposit: £1,211.53

📅 Move-in: Anytime between 1st–20th October

📄 Referencing: Minimum income of £30,000 per annum required to pass referencing. We’re looking for someone who is happy to get the referencing and contracts underway quickly if we’re all happy!

Cati & Nikki are both 25 and met at uni! They’re super chatty, friendly and we have a really sociable home.

Cati works in estate agency and Nikki is an account executive. Outside of work, we love going out for food and drinks, having a few drinks together and also having chilled nights in watching shows! 💕

We’re ideally looking for someone around 24–27 as we think it would be nice to have someone closer in age, but please message regardless if you think you’d be a good fit!

You’ll need to undergo referencing and, if everything is approved, we’ll arrange the new contract/change of sharer.
