Double room available in a lovely Victorian 2-bed flat near Clapham Common

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a spacious ground-floor Victorian flat, around a 10-minute walk from Clapham Common station.

The flat has lots of character, with high ceilings, large rooms and plenty of natural light, while still having the convenience of being on the ground floor. The room available is a good-sized double with plenty of space for a bed, wardrobe and desk. It also has double glazed windows and gets very little noise from outside.

The flat is in a great location for enjoying Clapham Common, with plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Clapham Common station is roughly a 10-minute walk away, with Clapham High Street, Clapham North and other transport links also within easy reach.

The flat is shared with me, and I’m looking for someone who is firendly and easy-going. I’m sociable and happy to have a drink or dinner together, but equally appreciate having our own space and a relaxed home environment.
