Large Room in Beautiful Maisonette

We have a huge room available in our really lovely, light and spacious 3-bed maisonette, with a big terrace and an incredible shower (arguably the most important thing).

My sister (Kitty) and I are both creatives and work in music -she’s in sync and I’m in management. Other than music, I adore the cinema (though can’t resist a bit of reality tv) and Kitty will rarely be found without a paintbrush in hand. We both spend quite a bit of time at the office and both of our jobs require a fair amount of after-hours time. We’re both very social, but also love a quiet night in when the opportunity arises.

We’re looking for someone who also has a full life of their own and who will match our vibe and become a friend rather than just a flatmate (non-negotiable!). Ideally, we’d like someone who is in the office most days too. Friends are of course welcome, but given how busy our work lives are, we like to keep our home as a bit of a sanctuary, so we’re looking for someone who feels the same and enjoys a peaceful home.

Cleanliness is an absolute must.

The location is lovely, 10 mins to Clapham Common, 15 mins to Battersea Park, and every tube and Overground you could imagine is local. There are loads of good pubs, restaurants and cafés nearby too.
