I’m moving out my room to live with my girlfriend, so my housemates James and Harry are looking for someone to take my room from the 1st November.
The house is on Honeybrook Road, just a short walk from Abbeville Road and around an 8-minute walk from Clapham South station.
£1,200 pcm + ~£160 bills ish.
Harry & James are both 24, turning 25, and work full-time in professional jobs. Both social and enjoy going to pubs, bars, events, dinners, etc. so it’d be nice to have someone who’s up for the occasional drink or night out. Whilst also happy to socialise in the lounge etc.
The house is a very good size, and we keep it relaxed and tidy.
No photos of the bathroom as it is having a full renovation, so you’ll also have a brand new bathroom before moving in.
