The house 🏠
This is a 4 bedroom end of terrace house with a large kitchen diner, separate living room with sofas and TV and private outdoor patio area with BBQ and outdoor dining.

The room 🛏️
The room available comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, large double wardrobe with sliding doors, and sideboard storage. There isn’t room for a desk but there is a workspace in the living room if you need it to work from home.

The housemates 🧑‍🧒‍🧒
There are currently three housemates who have been here for different lengths of time. Yi (28f) is a software developer who has lived here for over 4 years now. Niall (28m) has been here for over 2 years and works at Kew Gardens. Sofia (24f) moved in this year and works in construction management. They are all friendly and sociable housemates with active lives. They have their own friend groups outside the house but enjoy socialising together too. I have lived here for over 2 years and am only leaving as I’m moving in with my partner, otherwise I’d be staying as I’ve loved it here.

The location 📍
The location is excellent with loads of different transport options nearby. The closest station is Wandsworth Road (Windrush line overground) less than a 10 minute walk away. Queenstown Road and Battersea Park (national rail) are also 10
-15 minutes walk away. For the underground, the Northern line is very close with Clapham Common 15 minutes walk away and Battersea Power Station 20 minutes walk.

Other details 💵
Rent is £670 due on the 15th of every month. Bills are not included but range from £80-100 depending on the time of year. The deposit for the room is £750.
