Spacious room in Clapham in newly renovated house

Hiii! We’re looking for someone to fill my room at the 4 bed, 2.5 bath house we live in. Sadly I’m moving to try a new area of London. My best friends are incredible roommates - two from Toronto and one from New York. We’ve been at our current place for nearly 3 years and completely furnished it ourselves. I’m listing the room as unfurnished but if you want any of my furnishings just ask!

Like I said my roommates are the best - we love to have friends over for dinner (esp bbqs in the summer), go grab a pint after work in Common and try new workout classes (current favorite is any class at Oncore.) Samantha is a primary school teacher, Megan works in marketing / PR, and Maggie works in operations finance. The girls love a chat and welcome male or female roommates! If you have a dog, major plus!

The room is a really great size with two wardrobe closets and a shared bathroom, standing shower. We’re the first tenants to live in the house post renovation so everything is brand new and we’ve never had issues with things breaking or mold.

We’re located just between Clapham Common station (northern line) and Clapham Junction (overground) so 10-15 min walk in either direction which makes it super easy to get anywhere in the city.

We’re in the Wandsworth council so council tax is usually around £900 for the year split between 4.
