Our house mate is moving out and we’re looking for a lovely new girl to take her place in the master bedroom (no students, couples or guys!)

🛏️ About the Room:
You’ll be moving into the master bedroom, which is huge and comes with three XL built-in wardrobes. Option to buy existing king ottoman bed, desk, drawers & more.

🏠Tenancy Length:
Minimum stay: 4 months
Maximum stay: none

👯‍♀️ The House & Housemates:
You’ll be living with three amazing gals aged 30-33 - myself, Liv & Katie. We’re sociable and super friendly - we all have busy lives with our own set of friends but we do love a good wine night or a Netflix binge at home together. The house is large, super modern with a beautiful garden for the summer & fireplaces for the wing months. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other, which you can see in the picture but there's also a bath in the main bathroom you can use too.

💸 The Practical Stuff:
Deposit: £1,730 (can’t input this into the Spareroom as but deposit is required!)
Bills: ~£190 per month
Rent: ~£1,350 per month
Move-in date: As soon as possible, but we’re looking for someone who feels like a good fit for us three!
The house is fully furnished & ready to go but you’d always be welcome to bring your own items to add if you wish to make it feel like your own!
