Double Room in Clapham with Gorgeous Terrace

After over 2 years my lovely housemate is trying out another part of London and I am looking for a new housemate.

The flat is a 2 bedroom flat with a hugeee roof terrace which is south facing and an amazing sun trap in summer. The flat has been recently decorated and a new kitchen has been installed with a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with me. There is a separate kitchen and living room with a dining table and super comfy Loaf sofa.

Your bedroom is a spacious south facing double with huge built in wardrobes and a desk. The room comes furnished but if you have your own furniture this may be able to be removed. The flat is split level with only your bedroom and the bathroom on this level so very private.

The location is amazing. 5 minute walk to Clapham North station (northern line) or an 8 minute walk to Stockwell (northern and Victoria). It’s a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common and a short walk to Clapham high street which has an M&S and a huge Sainsbury’s. The road is lovely an quiet.

I’m 25 and work in the city 4/5 days a week. I’d love to be social with my housemate but also keen to have a relaxed atmosphere in the flat. I love to host the occasional games night or dinner party/pres which you would always be welcome to join but no pressure! Ideally no one that works from home more than 2 days a week or at least not full time. Bills come to around £150 a month (including council tax) and there is a parking space available for extra if needed.
