Large front Room In a Family home in Clapham South

We have a large living room in our house that we are renting out for 6 months up to a year, as we will need the room back after that.

You will be sharing a small kitchen with one other person, as well as the bathroom.

The house is very clean and quiet. There are three cats, which will mostly be upstairs.

The room will have a brand new bed, mattress and a small fridge. There is a small cupboard for storage, and we can arrange for a small wardrobe.

We are only renting out the room. Of course, when the weather is warm, you are welcome to use the garden. The hot tub is not to be shared.

We live very close to Abbeville Road — just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, the train station, and Clapham South Underground station.

We prefer someone who is vegetarian or pescatarian. We do not eat red meat or pork, and we do not smoke (allergies). Please do not smoke, even outside in the garden, as the smell comes into the house.

We are quiet and very clean, and we ask that the bathroom be kept clean. There is a bath and a washing machine that can be shared.

The rent is £950 per month, with £950 payable in advance as a deposit. Please note that we can rent from 6 months up to a year — after that, we will need the living room back.
