Quiet Lodgers Wanted for Houseshare - No Visitors

The single room is currently available for a lodger who is able to follow the rules of the house. One of the double rooms will be available from 6th May. Contracts can be extended by mutual agreement only.

This is a house for those who appreciate peace and quiet and take their studies and work seriously. All previous and current occupants enjoy a quiet and private environment for work and study. This house is not for hosting social events. No parties, entertaining etc. No visitors allowed.

All rooms are single occupancy only.

There is a booking fee of £60, and a security deposit of £100.

Viewings are held in person only, on weekday evenings and weekend afternoons. No virtual viewings.

Occupants must keep their rooms AND the communal areas clean and tidy at all times as stated in their contract. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning charges and notice to leave.

No bicycles allowed.
No smoking. No vaping. No drugs, including recreational.

This is a faith - friendly and LGBTQIA - friendly house. All are welcome as long as all the rules given are abided by without fail.

Fire, smoke and carbon monoxide alarm in place.

24 hour high speed internet access. Rooms fully furnished with desk, chair, full-sized adult single and double beds, fitted wardrobes and mirrors. Bed linens, duvets, pillows, utensils, iron and ironing board are provided. Washing machine limited to four uses per person per week.

Two and a half bathrooms, living room, kitchen, garden.

Affluent and safe neighbourhood for late night travel. In close proximity to Northern and Victoria lines. Convenient location for Clapham Common High street and its amenities i. e. bars, restaurants, library, leisure centre etc.
