This is extremely important: I am looking for someone who genuinely values cleanliness, hygiene and keeping their environment tidy. Honesty is a must.

Ideally you should be very clean and hygienic yourself, keep your room and shared areas tidy, and take pride in maintaining a clean home, opening the windows regularly etc.

If cleanliness and good personal hygiene are not particularly important to you, this room will not be suitable for you.
