Double bed in new modern flat

Looking for a new flatmate as my friend is sadly moving out :(

I purchased the flat a few years ago as a new build so still new and very modern. The bathroom will be shared with my friend only as I have my own. There’s a balcony also which gets the sun in the morning and afternoon.

Room is fully furnished with double bed, desk, chair, big wardrobe, mirror and bedside tables. This room is big, the biggest in the flat so there’s plenty of storage!

Ideally for someone who works from the office or hybrid, there is a desk in the room you can work from.

Flat is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and live your life. :)

Location wise we’re an 8 minute walk from Clapham Common station and 5 mins from the common itself! Plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do around here.

Bills are included except for the months when heating is switched on (which is rare as flat remains pretty reasonable temp in winter months). When on this can vary between £20-50 /m. TV license is not included so we split that at £5 /m

We’re sociable and love going out to eat, to the cinemas and theatre but also love sitting in and watching TV together. We’re looking for someone who shares the same interests as us, we aren’t big drinkers but love an aperol or glass of wine when we’re socialising. We’re a very clean and tidy duo so are looking for someone who is the same (if you no you’re not this won’t be a match I’m afraid 🤣)
