I am currently the only person living in the property . However, my 12 years old daughter comes over once a week. She's friendly, cool and does her own thing. As for me, I'm a friendly creative chilled easy fun individual who also loves my own space and socialise.
This double bedroom is furnished, has natural light and additional storage and a desk for work. The kitchen is fitted with almost everything you will need (washing machine, fridge, microwave, airfrier, kitchen utensils etc. The bath/toilet all nice and fitted. This will fit someone who is friendly, organised , tidy/clean and respectful. Simply just a nice person in general to share the same place with + cool and positive energy😎.
Note; only one person lives in the property and not a group of people. All bills included - negotiable if you work from home.
