Double Room in Clapham Common

This is a large double bed room available from 28th June in Clapham.

You’ll be sharing with Alex, Cameron, Liam and I (see photo at the end). We are all working professionals in the city (4-5 days in the office). There are 2 toilets shared between 3 in the house (as two rooms have en-suites). The bottom floor toilet next to your bedroom is your own toilet (no one else would use it).

Clapham Common and Clapham North station are both a 10 minute walk from the house. Sainsbury’s and Lidl and both a 5 minute walk from the house. Bills are around £100 a month depending on winter or summer.

We all enjoy running, football, pubs, travelling and rugby. The house try to get out together when we can and are hoping to have a good World Cup this summer 😎! We also have a fairly large garden (for London) which gets put to great use in the summer.

FYI for girls, Alex is moving out in August and we will get another girl in this room so we can balance it out.
