Whilst on the smaller side, the flat is modern and in a recently refurbished secure building. The room itself is unfurnished but the current tenant is open to selling the current bed frame if interested, and has a built in wardrobe and window.
The living area is partially furnished, so there is an opportunity to bring some things with you such as a coffee table or cabinet etc. It faces the common and gets lovely morning sun, whilst the rooms at the back of the flat get the afternoon light. The flat has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, as well as storage space for any larger items like suitcases.
Looking for a respectful working professional aged 25-38 who values a clean, organised and relaxed living environment and who would be up for more of a social household like going for coffee, drinks etc from time to time whilst also having their own space. You will be living with me (Dom) I’m 28 and gay and I work in aviation but also study full time as a mature student in Surrey! I enjoy exploring the local area, eating out, going for drinks, travelling, playing tennis and lots more :)
Rent is £1,250pm excluding bills, which come to around £194pm each (electricity, internet, water and council tax band E). Security deposit is £1,414 and you will need to earn a minimum of £62k annually to pass referencing.
Move-in date is from 1st August (can be flexible and move in up to two weeks earlier) and you will be added to our tenancy agreement which under the new legislation is in a rolling monthly basis. You will also have to undergo the standard landlord referencing and affordability checks.
