I am looking for a flatmate to occupy the 2nd bedroom in my own flat. The room is a very large room (around 15sqm), with nice wooden floorboards, fitted wardrobe, two large windows giving on a quiet street, double bed and space for a desk and chair if you work from home.

The flat is a 2-bed flat, which you would be sharing with me. I'm a 30 year-old londoner working in sales and marketing in the classic car industry, very passionate about cars and racing.

The flat comes with a nice balcony and a private garden at the back, single bathroom which we would be sharing, large and fully refurbished kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, wifi. I moved in just under a month ago, so the living currently doesn't yet have a sofa. It is on order though and will be arriving in October.

The flat is literally 50 meters from the Common but on a very quiet street, a 5 mins walk to Clapham South tube station, and also 3 mins walk to Abbeville road and all its nice little shops, pubs and amenities, so pretty much ideally located for a Clapham flat!

Open to all professional applicants as long as they are clean (this is very important to me).

£1250 per month + bills.
