I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in my beloved 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat, set in a period building just a 1-minute walk from Clapham Common station.

The room comes furnished, with a large inbuilt floor-to-ceiling wardrobe and ottoman bed offering plenty of storage. The flat has a lovely, sun-trap terrace, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. And also a private parking bay for the incoming tenant to use wholly as I don’t have car.

You’ll be sharing with me - a Pilates and Aperol lover by weekend, and finance girl by weekday, i work in the office 5 days a week, so perfect for someone with a hybrid working routine.

Rent: £1,500 per calendar month plus bills
Available from now (flexible on exact date)
Length of contract: 12 months, flexible
