My two gorg housemates are moving out at the end of Oct so there will be 2 rooms available in a 3 bed, 4 bath house share in Clapham with a lovely sunny garden. The house is super well connected, bus stop outside or walking distance to clapham common or brixton tube stations. No couples unfort!

💰 Room 1: £1200 (double room with seperate bathroom with bath & shower)
💰 Room 2: £1400 (huge double room with ensuite bathroom with x2 balconies)

🙋🏼‍♀️ About me: I'm Jess (32). I'm a neuro occupational therapist working in North London. I'm social and active, love to travel and see friends etc. I work 4 long days a week and love to have a chat/hang out if and when I am home!

• 12 min walk to Clapham Common (Northern line)
• 18-20 min walk to Brixton (Victoria line)

• Stumbling distance from lots of gorg bars/restaurants

Hoping to find someone who’ll be more than just a person we share a house with, someone sociable, respectful and considerate who’s up for making the place feel like a home 🏡
Clean/tidy and easy going is definitely important, and happy to have the occasional chat, drink or house catch-up, while also doing your own thing.

Ideally hoping to do viewing on Sat 26th but message if that time doesn't work and can arrange something else. Landlord is hoping to have confirmed flatmates by 1st Oct! 🫶
