Double Room Available in Clapham

We’re looking for a 4th housemate to join our social 4-person share house right next to Clapham Common, with a move-in date in the beginning of November 🏡

🔑 House Highlights:

Only a few mins walk to Clapham Common Tube (Northern Line)

The Common is basically our backyard 🌳

Heaps of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (no ensuites), and a backyard perfect for summer BBQs 🍔

We’re a chilled and social group who love movie nights, pub runs, and the odd festival but we also value personal space and downtime. Looking for someone easy-going, clean, and already employed working full-time (landlord requirement).

👋 Meet the Housemates:

Gwyn, 30 - the resident kiwi 🇳🇿 She loves all things outdoors - bikepacking, hiking, snowboarding, volleyball in the park, anything really! Often found traveling or at music festivals but when home loves a coffee, pilates class, perusing the markets, catching up on British TV, or a wee trip to the pub. Works mainly from the office 🫶. 

Cameron (28) – Welsh, working in recruitment. Big rugby fan and low-key connoisseur of terrible American films. 

Aaron (27) - Recently caught the cycling bug and is always up for a game of squash or a ski trip. Loves spending time with friends, heading out for a pint and is hoping to get to more festivals next year. Equally enjoys a chilled night in watching a new series, reading or inevitably losing at poker.

£1,065/month + bills
