Sadly moving & looking for someone to take over my gorgeous room in our lovely Clapham home.
The Room:
Large master bedroom with 3 XL built-in wardrobes + option to buy my king ottoman bed, desk, drawers & more.
The House:
You’ll be living with 3 amazing gals (30–33) — friendly, sociable, love wine nights & Netflix. Beautiful modern home with a garden, large TV, 2 fireplaces, dishwasher, washer/dryer & loads of storage.
Location:
Prime Clapham spot — under 10 min walk to the Common, 1 min to Virgin Active, great pubs & cafes nearby.
Rent: £1325pm + bills (est £190)
Deposit: £1730
Move-in: ASAP but must move in before November 13th.
Looking for a sociable, friendly gal 27–35 (no couples/students)
Move out: House has been on the market for well over a year but with no interest so intending to extend the tenancy on March 16th 2027, on the rare chance you can’t extend you will all look for a similar home as a group.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Deposit is £1730 not £1500.
