Description
Spacious Double Room in Premier Clapham Common Location (Grafton Square)
A fantastic, light-filled double room is available in a highly sought-after spot on Grafton Square. The room features a brand-new bed, mattress, and carpet, along with excellent built-in storage space. It is the perfect peaceful retreat, making it ideal for anyone working from home who values privacy.
The flat includes a great eat-in kitchen and a modern bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and shower.
Location: It’s a quiet, scenic square, yet just around the corner from Clapham Common tube station and all local amenities, cafes, and green spaces.
About the setup: I am away a lot for travel/work, so you will often have the place to yourself. Because of this, I am looking for a trustworthy, easy-going, and independent housemate who enjoys having their own space and will treat the flat like home.
