Clapham Old Town, king size room, own bathroom

Hi! I'm looking for a tidy, clean young professional to share my modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in Clapham Old Town, in a gated complex.

The Room:
Corner bedroom with two large windows letting in lots of natural light, overlooking a quiet courtyard with trees. Big enough for a king-size bed. Fully carpeted, with built-in wardrobes and drawer storage. Private main bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit and storage. (I can send videos and photos of the room - housemate currently in her room and need to post this ad)

The Flat:
The rest of the flat is furnished. TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and all Sky channels. Sonos soundbar, subwoofer and speakers throughout. I’ve got great lighting here too so it’s relaxing in the evening. Everything else you could need.

The Numbers:
£1,690 per month plus bills, which come to roughly £150 a month. Available from 24 December.

About the Flatmate (me):
I work in the office five days a week, so you'll have the flat to yourself most of the time. I leave early to gym before work and come home late. At the weekends I’m usually seeing friends, working out or travelling.

Working from home is no problem if that suits you. I'm looking for someone clean and tidy, ideally a young professional. I already live with a female flatmate, so a woman would give us a good balance. Happy to intro you to current housemate as a reference.

Renting in London can feel stressful. I’ve tried to make the place feel like a sanctuary. I like a calm, well-kept home, this is a great apartment and I’d love to having someone great move in.
