2 Double Rooms Available in Sociable Clapham House

Hi! We're looking for two new flatmates to join our house in Clapham, with both rooms available from 1st December.

The House

Our spacious six-bedroom house has plenty of room to relax and socialise.

The ground floor has a large double reception room, which serves as both a living and dining space, alongside a spacious kitchen that opens out onto a garden. The garden is well maintained by a regular gardener.

There are six bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread evenly across the first and second floors.

We're in a great location, just a 7-minute walk from both Clapham Common and Clapham North stations, with plenty of bus and Overground connections nearby.

The Rooms

Room 1 – £1,225 per month

A double room overlooking the rear of the house, furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

Room 2 – £1,275 per month

A double room overlooking the rear of the house, furnished with a bed, two cupboards, chest of drawers and two bedside tables.

Both rooms are available from 1st December.

The Bills & Extras

All bills are included in the rent, including gas, electricity, water and TV licence.

The Housemates

We're currently four housemates (three boys and one girl), all in our late twenties to early thirties.

We're a friendly and sociable bunch with a mix of interests, from music and gigs to takeaway and movie nights, heading to the pub and generally making the most of living in London.

It's a genuinely sociable house where people enjoy spending time together, whether that's having a chat in the kitchen, making plans for the weekend, heading out for a drink or just relaxing together at home.

We're ideally looking for two like-minded people who are also sociable, friendly and keen to be part of a house share.

We're happy to hear from both individuals looking for a room and friends looking to move in together. We're open to flatmates of any gender but would prefer a female to balance out the genders
