You can walk to Clapham common tube station in 12 minutes - but buses from outside the flat run very frequently cutting time to half that, including going to Brixton.

Furthermore, it's worth noting the flat is bang in the middle of Balham, Streatham, Clapham South, Common, North and Brixton, so its really easy to get anywhere in the area for a good brunch/dinner/drinks! There is a main park in walking distance in every direction (Clapham common, Tooting common, Brockwell park + more)

In the immediate local area, there is an Anytime fitness gym and Sainsbury's store and a couple of great eateries.
