All bedrooms in the flat are large compared to your usual London flat and includes a dining area. Both flatmates are female

You can walk to Clapham common tube station in 12 minutes - but buses from outside the flat run very frequently cutting time to half that, including going to Brixton.

Furthermore, it's worth noting the flat is bang in the middle of Balham, Streatham, Clapham South, Common, North and Brixton, so its really easy to get anywhere in the area for a good brunch/dinner/drinks! There is a main park in walking distance in every direction (Clapham common, Tooting common, Brockwell park + more)

In the immediate local area, there is an Anytime fitness gym and Sainsbury's store and a couple of great eateries. Bikes are also welcome.

Bills are currently sitting at around £100-120pm on average over the year (including winter periods), including TV licence, council tax (Band D), fibre optic broadband, electricity, gas and water. They are calculated based on usage and prices at the time.

The room will be available from early April, and requires one month deposit in advance, with rent payable one month in advance. A £30 per month discount is applicable for those who sign under a year's agreement which reduces the monthly rent to 870pm (otherwise minimum 6 months at 900pm).
