Hello prospective housemate!
A room has become available in our friendly Clapham House share, located just off Clapham High Street. The bedroom is furnished, with a built in wardrobe, shelves, double bed and a large storage cupboard outside of the bedroom.
Our current housemate is moving out October 5th, so we are looking for a guy to sublet the room for a few months.
A little bit about us:
We are a respectful, tidy and clean household. We enjoy socialising but also all work full time so have our own lives.
Hobbies include, cooking, sports, music and films.
We are looking for someone to take over the room from 5th of Oct until 23rd Jan.
Bills come to approximately £100 each PCM, including a cleaner twice a moth.
