Hello prospective housemate!
A room has become available in our friendly Clapham House share, located just off Clapham High Street. The bedroom is furnished, with a built in wardrobe, shelves, double bed and a large storage cupboard outside of the bedroom.
A little bit about us:
We are a respectful, tidy and clean household. We enjoy socialising but also all work full time so have our own lives.
Hobbies include, cooking, sports, music and films.
We are a 7 minute walk from Clapham Common Tube/Clapham North Tube and a 5 minute walk from Clapham High Street overground. We are also an 8 minute walk from Clapham Common!
We are looking for someone to take over the room from the end of November.
Bills come to approximately £130 each PCM, including a cleaner twice a moth.
