Only 5 mins on the Overground to Victoria (Central London) & Waterloo (The City), West Brompton, Canada Water (Canary Wharf) Olympia and Shepherds Bush. 20 mins to Woking, Guildford and Surrey.

The immediate location is ideal, as literally on the doorstep there is a Local supermarket and Sainsbury's local, Post Office, Chemists, Coffee Shops, Dry Cleaners, Restaurants and Pubs. There is a Leisure Centre with swimming pool and a Nuffield Gym is a 5 minute walk.

Battersea Park is a 3 minute walk, where there is a Peace Pagoda, Zoo, Athletics Track, Bike and Boat Hire and Jazz events at the Lake and an oasis of open space in London. This leads onto the New Battersea Power Station, that now provides additional shopping, food and entertainment.
