Double room & own bathroom near Clapham Junction

Monday to Friday room is ready for a new lodger! The flat is on the upper levels of a terraced house, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, sitting room, dining area and a roof terrace . The flat is owned and lived in by a professional married couple, we are pretty quiet so the house is a peaceful place to be after a long day at work. The flat is no smoking inside but the roof terrace does accommodate smokers. We have two cats. The room that is available has a double bed, TV and fitted cupboards. The bathroom is next to the room with a shower, toilet and sink. All bills are included.

10 minute walk from Clapham Junction train station, 15minute walk from Clapham Common or Clapham South tube stations. We are a Two minute walk from lovely Clapham common.

Our most recent lodger only stayed two - three nights of the week so we will consider less nights but we cannot accommodate 7 nights a week. Sorry!
