Room in Garden Flat, Clapham Junction

SHORT TERM LET ONLY (minimum 2 months, maximum of 4/5 months - I'm selling it)

We're Looking for a flatmate to join Nick and Mike in a 3 bed / 2 bath garden flat Clapham Junction.

The Flat:
- Really convenient, light and airy flat with large garden and bbq.
- 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction train station and a 10 minute bus ride to Clapham Common tube station, with bus stops nearby (35, 37 buses)
- Tesco Express outside, as are all the bars and restaurants of Battersea Rise and Northcote Road
- I don't drink much, Nic likewise, so no drinking buddies here but we do like to socialise all the same.
- Large living room which I'm rarely in, although Nic likes his movies which I do tune into from time to time. Pay TV included but don't have sports channels yet (will do it if you're interested).

The Room:
- The garden bedroom, with a single bed (that folds out to a double), with desk and cupboards

Bathrooms:
- There's two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, the other with just a toilet.

The Finance Stuff:
- £1000 rent, includes all bills
- £1000 bond

Flatmates:
- Mike, a 37yo straight male from Perth, Australia, into sports, travel and socialising
- Nick, a 38 yo straight male also from Perth, Australia, and into travel, pizza and gym
