Double Room in Garden Flat, Clapham Junction

Short term let only (Up to 8 months)

We're Looking for a flatmate to join us in a 3 bed / 2 bath garden flat Clapham Junction before this place sells.

The Flat:
- Really convenient, light and airy flat with large garden and bbq.
- 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction train station and a 10 minute bus ride to Clapham Common tube station, with bus stops nearby (35, 37 buses)
- Tesco Express outside, as are all the bars and restaurants of Battersea Rise and Northcote Road
- I don't drink much, Nic likewise, so no drinking buddies here but we do like to socialise all the same.
- Large living room which I'm rarely in, although Nic likes his movies which I do tune into from time to time. Pay TV included but don't have sports channels yet (will do it if you're interested).

The Room:
- The master bedroom - built in robes, a large double bed with lots of storage underneath and a fantastic view over the garden

Bathrooms:
- There's two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet, the other with just a toilet which is yours to have exclusively.

The Finance Stuff:
- £1200 rent, includes all bills
- £1100 bond

Flatmates:
- Me, a 44 yo straight male into the usual things - sports, career, travel and socialising
- Nic, a 37 yo straight male also into the usual things especially the gym
