Really big room, with great WFH desk and its own bathroom in a well cared for flat. Sharing with 2 other lovely flatmates. Northcote Road is 2 minutes away and it's a few minutes walk to Clapham Junction.
Your room occupies the top floor of the building making it truly your own space with maximum privacy. It's a big room and has a comfy double bed with storage underneath, a Silentnight mattress and three big built-in wardrobes, loads of drawers, a desk and a blackout window blind. The work station is kitted out not only with reliable wi-fi of course but also plug-in gigabit internet for faster streaming and super secure access. Your own private bathroom (bath, shower, sink and toilet) is on the floor below.
We are looking for a friendly, professional, total non-smoker to complete our household. All the usual things apply..... social, Netflix, wine, happy, smiley, also like own space. You've read this so many times before! Basically we're just after a lovely, sane, grown up who understands the gives and takes of flat sharing.
The flat has a big, bright kitchen with lots of cupboard space and all the usual mod cons (including a dish washer), as well as an enormous oak table. There´s also a huge, comfortable separate sitting room with big bay windows and a sofa bed for the occasional guests. The rest of the flat consists of two big bedrooms with en suites and another separate toilet. There's also loft space for suitcases and anything else that's too bulky to have in your room which is accessible from your room.
There are two other flatmates; James works in consultancy and Jake works in commercial real estate. Both of them move in at the end of March just like you, so it's a completely new household that you can all mould and shape. They're both into sports and they both completely buy into the concept of flat sharing and want to make it a lovely home. If you think you do too then brilliant!
Almeric Road is ideally located for quick and easy access to the numerous transport links at Clapham Junction, the shops, bars and restaurants found on both Battersea Rise and Northcote Road and the wide and open spaces of Clapham and Wandsworth Commons for you runners out there.
